Great! Some interesting thoughts here, yes the work is hard and the pay is low, but why? Is this because we demand cheap goods?

I think that there should be laws against things like that and that we should be prepared to pay more money for things if it means that poor people in other countries get treated better.

    Mmm, some interesting thought here.

The game is boring. Could it be that it was meant to be this way? Sometimes work isn’t interesting, it is repetitive and dull, but you have to take these types of jobs to survive. There is also an empathy issue, can you put yourself in the boots of others?

Paigec, in a way yes, but when we go into a shop, do we always think about the people behind the product? Do you buy the expensive one?

Caitlin, there is a movement called Fair Trade, you know that the price will be more expensive in the shops, because the workers/producers get a fair price, that overs the cost of production, and helps them build a better life, see more here

    http://www.fairtrade.org.uk/

But would you be willing to pay….
